Proposals

Proposals are longer sales documents — scoped work, pricing, and terms — with statuses from draft through accepted or declined.

Proposals list

Open Proposal Management → Proposals List. Search by title or number. Filter by draft, sent, accepted, or declined. You can restore trashed proposals if you have permission.

Create and edit

Use Create Proposal to open the workspace. Fill client details, sections, and pricing. Save often. Send when the document is ready and email delivery is configured.

Templates

Proposal Templates store reusable outlines and designs so you do not start from a blank page. Admins (or anyone with template permission) maintain the library. AI-assisted templates and Canva integration appear when those features are enabled for your organization.

Statuses

• Draft — still being written.
• Sent — shared with the customer.
• Accepted / Declined — customer decision recorded.
