Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your home screen after logging in. It summarizes customers, pipeline, quotes, and tickets, and puts common actions within reach.

What You See

Cards and charts appear only when your role includes the matching permission. Typical widgets include:

  • Total users — team members in this organization (requires team access).
  • Contacts and leads — counts and shortcuts into those lists.
  • Quotes and proposals — pipeline of commercial documents.
  • Tickets — open support work.
  • Pipeline chart — leads by stage for the selected pipeline.

SMTP reminder

If you can manage SMTP and mail is not configured, a banner asks you to set it up. Until then, automated emails (quotes, tickets, mail triggers) will not send. See Settings & Branding.

API Docs vs this guide

The dashboard may include an API Docs button. That opens the technical REST reference for developers. This user guide is for people using the CRM screens. See REST API.

Top bar

  • Search (Ctrl+K) — jump to a module by name.
  • Help — this documentation, in a new tab.
  • Theme — light or dark mode.
  • Notifications — alerts for work assigned to you.
  • Profile — your account details.

Sidebar

The left menu is the main navigation. Items you do not have permission to open stay hidden. Plan limits can also hide modules until they are included in the subscription.
