Mail Triggers
Mail triggers send automatic emails when something happens — for example a quote is sent or a ticket is updated.
How they work
- Configure SMTP first.
- Open Mail Triggers and create or edit a trigger.
- Choose the event, recipients, and template.
- Preview if the product offers a preview, then save.
Tips
- Keep templates short and branded.
- Test with an internal address before enabling for customers.
- Turn off unused triggers so people are not emailed twice.
