System logs

Open System Logs to review application events. Open a row to see details. Use this when a user reports an error that you cannot reproduce.

API logs

API Logs show requests made through the REST API. Use them when an integration fails or returns unexpected data. Pair this with the REST API guide.

Access

Both screens require log permissions. Do not share log dumps that contain personal data outside your organization.
